A stunning and very well proportioned single pedestal desk, designed and built by H&T Furniture Makers, a cabinet makers based in London. This particular example has resided in a legal office since the 1960s.
It features three drawers, each with stunning brass handles and the bottom housing an excellent bentwood filing system.
The frame is interesting too, very similar to Cees Braakman’s designs.
This desk is in original condition, it shows some signs of age but overall excellent and very useable.
