Danish Teak Chest of Drawers
An unusual and very nice looking Teak chest of drawers, made in Denmark in the 1960s.
This chest features a picture framed border of solid Teak housing within four large drawers alongside four smaller ones, with a locking top section. It’s very well constructed and heavy with solid wood drawers and a lack of cheap construction materials occasionally seen with chests of drawers that were specifically made for export.
The Teak grain is very nicely figured with a glistening effect when in direct light. The overall condition is excellent and the top has been refinished in house.
