A beautiful and well aged Kaiser Idell table lamp, likely designed for Fritz Hansen and dating to the 1930s.
It’s all metal construction features a beautiful enamelled shade in a rich blue with an off white underside. The stem and fixtures are brass and the base is a dark brown with a white switch.
We picked this lamp up, along with the desk that it had sat on since the 1950s on a recent trip to Denmark.
Under our care this lamp has been rewired, we’ve kept it as original as possible otherwise to preserve the great patina.
