Peter Hvidt & Orla Molgaard-Nielsen AX Chair in Rosewood
Designed in 1950 by Danish duo, Hvidt & Molgaard. The AX chair serves to be one of the most iconic pieces of Danish design, as well as utilising a pioneering bent laminated seat back and base creating a very comfortable seating position. The arm’s are constructed out of bent Birch wood painted in black, which contrasts the Rosewood shell nicely.
Offered for sale in fully restored condition, having recently benefitted from a full re-glue and refinish.
