Teak Dining Chairs by Ilse & Ove Rix
Designed in the early 1960s by Danish design duo - Ilse & Ove Rix, these scarcely seen and very beautiful dining chairs are constructed out of solid teak, with cotton webbed seat bases. The exposed joinery and bent laminated backrest showcases the high level of craftsmanship that was prevalent in Danish design from this era.
Under our care the chair frames have been fully restored and the bases reupholstered in a cotton webbing, an excellent choice for dining chairs as individual pieces can be replaced if necessary.
